Legacy Prep, an Alabama charter school, recently held its groundbreaking ceremony at the former A.G. Gaston Boys and Girls Club at 2900 S Park Dr SW, Birmingham, AL 35211. This new site will host 4th to 8th-grade students and feature a Career Exploration Center to help students connect with and explore their chosen careers. Legacy Prep aims to create "well-rounded individuals who are prepared to face life changes. Through personalized learning, we meet each and every student where they are." This exciting development follows the recent news that Legacy Prep's 3rd-grade scholars passed the ACAP reading assessment. Congrats, Legacy Prep, and we look forward to the grand opening!
